Support and Help

Information is key to helping us understand the best way to help our loved one be the best that they can be. Sometimes the knowledge can help us understand the reason they do certain things.  There are many avenues to get support.  Don't feel like you have to do it all alone.  There are support groups, both in person and online.  Find the avenue that works for you.
